Build your practice. We’ll hold the space.

Airmed Collective is a home for independent healthcare and wellness practitioners who want to run their own practice without running a clinic.

You bring the skill, the clients, and the vision. We provide the rooms, the infrastructure, and a community of practitioners who actually talk to each other.

How it works

Airmed provides the platform. You build the practice.

  • A space that’s ready. Treatment rooms, booking and billing infrastructure, direct billing, and a calm, well-kept clinic.
  • A practice that’s yours. You own your client relationships, your approach, and your business. No quotas, no scripts, no one managing your schedule.
  • A collective that collaborates. Referrals, case conversations, and shared events with practitioners across disciplines.

We’re a facilitator, not a provider. That means we don’t tell you how to practise. We make it easier for you to do it well.

What guides us

Independence. You run your own business and make your own clinical and professional decisions.

Stewardship. We share the space and look after it, and each other, as if it were our own.

Collaboration. We’re stronger as a community of practitioners than as a building full of closed doors.

Consistency. Clients trust Airmed because the experience is reliable. We hold shared standards so every practitioner benefits from that trust.

Who we’re looking for

We’re currently welcoming practitioners in:

  • Registered Massage Therapy
  • Physiotherapy
  • Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy
  • Athletic Therapy
  • Mental Health Professionals
  • Somatic Therapy
  • Yoga
  • Fitness Instruction

Don’t see your discipline? Reach out anyway. The Collective has grown by saying yes to the right people.

What this looks like day to day

  • You’re in direct contact with your own clients, from first booking to follow-up. There’s no front desk between you and the people you treat. It’s more hands-on, and it builds a practice you truly own.
  • You commit to clinic capacity (the rooms and times you’ll use), and you decide how to run your business within it.
  • You’re part of a community with shared standards, not a corporate chain with a rulebook.

This is a good fit if you

  • Want ownership of your practice and are ready to run it like a business
  • Value collaboration over working in isolation
  • Are professional, reliable, and care about the space you share
  • Are registered and insured in good standing with your regulatory body

This may not be the right fit if you

  • Want a set schedule, a guaranteed caseload, or someone else to manage your clients
  • Are looking for employee benefits, or prefer to be directed rather than self-directed

We’d rather you know that now than six months in.

Interested?

Send us a short note about your practice, your discipline, and what you’re hoping to build. A resume or website is welcome but not required.

We’ll be in touch to set up a conversation and a tour of the space.
