Corina began practicing yoga in 2004 out of curiosity. As she delved deeper in the practice, yoga became a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual practice through which she could heal, strengthen, and ground herself. In 2012, she decided to share her profound love of yoga and embarked on a yoga teacher training in St. John’s, Newfoundland where she was pursuing her MA in Archaeology. Since moving back to Toronto in 2013, she has been teaching yoga throughout the city.
Corina deepened her yoga practice and teaching by further studying Trauma Informed Yoga, Yin Yoga, Thai Yoga Massage, and Prenatal Yoga. She weaves elements of all of these in her classes for a grounded, fun, accessible, and memorable practice
