Anthea (she/her) is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of Centennial College’s Massage Therapy program, class of 2018. She believes deeply in the mind-body connection and the power of therapeutic touch to help us feel grounded, relaxed, and reconnected to ourselves—especially in today’s fast-paced world. Her treatments integrate general Swedish massage with elements of trigger point therapy, fascial work, hydrotherapy, and passive stretching, tailored to each client’s unique needs. Whether you’re carrying stress, tension, pain, or simply need space to breathe, Anthea creates a calm, supportive environment where your body can truly reset. Outside the clinic, you’ll likely find her watching women’s basketball, exploring local parks and farmers markets, hopping between cafes, spending time with loved ones, or hanging out with her two cats, Maple and Flapjack.
