Massage Therapy with Myofascial Cupping

Take your recovery to the next level by adding medical-grade silicone cupping to your session. Unlike traditional massage which uses compression, cupping uses negative pressure to lift the fascia and muscle tissue. This creates space for increased blood flow, rapidly breaks down stubborn adhesions, and flushes out metabolic waste. It’s deep tissue work without the “digging” sensation.

Best for: Chronic tightness, athletic recovery, and stubborn “knots.”

The Result: Improved range of motion and long-lasting relief.

Massage Therapy with Caitlin

Caitlin’s treatments are thoughtful, attentive, and grounded in nearly two decades of clinical experience. Her work emphasizes listening—to the body, the nervous system, and the individual experience of each client - while supporting sustainable change rather than quick fixes. Sessions often include education and collaborative goal-setting, with care tailored to each person’s needs and capacity.

At this time, Caitlin’s schedule is reserved for existing patients in order to maintain continuity and depth of care. Referrals are considered on a case-by-case basis. New patients are otherwise warmly welcomed by other skilled practitioners at Airmed.

Hot Stone Massage Therapy

Experience profound relaxation and physical restoration with our Hot Stone Massage Therapy. This practice combines traditional Swedish massage techniques with the therapeutic power of smooth, heated basalt stones.

Unlike a standard massage, this treatment uses the stones as an extension of the therapist’s hands. The deep, radiating heat allows for a more intense massage experience without the need for heavy pressure, making it the perfect choice for those seeking both “deep tissue” results and “spa-level” relaxation.

The application of heat does more than just feel good; it triggers physiological responses that helps your body heal from the inside out: - Melts Muscle Tension: The warmth penetrates deep into muscle layers, loosening “knots” and easing stiffness that manual massage alone might struggle to reach. It’s particularly effective for chronic pain and conditions like fibromyalgia. - A Natural Stress Reliever: The steady, grounding heat calms the central nervous system. By lowering stress hormones like cortisol, it helps reduce anxiety and promotes a state of deep, meditative peace. - Boosts Circulation & Detoxification: As your blood vessels expand (vasodilation) in response to the heat, oxygen-rich blood flows more freely to tired muscles. This process also helps your lymphatic system flush out metabolic waste and toxins more efficiently. - Improved Flexibility: By warming the soft tissues, the massage helps increase joint mobility and overall range of motion.
